BACKGROUND: Alan and Josh set out to build a construction business in 2002 that was based on honesty, hard work, and a fair price. Since they both had a background in framing they planned to continue framing for eight to ten years. They knew that with the instruction that they had received they were set to be the best framers in the area and that was their goal. This goal continues today, they frame each house as though their entire company legacy hinges on it.

They also had a vision to contract their first spec house by their tenth year in business. However, some close friends asked them to contract their home in the summer of 2002, and they have been building contract homes since then. Josh and Alan are very hands on in their approach to general contracting. They have been involved from design through completion on most of their contract homes. Each customer getting exactly what they want within the price range that they can afford is their concern . Alan and Josh have contracted several additions on to existing homes with great results. They have continued framing between eight and twelve houses per year, while keeping their contract homes moving smoothly to completion.
